Most industrial AI projects fail for a reason that has nothing to do with algorithms: they are built without the engineering context of the plant they are supposed to serve. Aden Group approaches AI from the opposite direction. We are an engineering group first, and we build AI into processes we understand mechanically, electrically and operationally.
That approach produces software that survives contact with production: tools operators actually use, models trained on real process data and systems that integrate with the PLCs, sensors and databases already on site.
Through Adente AI, the group develops proprietary products rather than one-off experiments. Each product started as a problem inside a real operation and matured into deployable software.
Industrial data is messy: incomplete sensor histories, inconsistent naming, disconnected systems. Our AI work always begins with the data reality on site, building the collection and integration layer before promising predictions.
