3.1 Contact Form Submissions

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

3.2 Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website. GA4 collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, approximate geographic location, device type, and referral source. 3.3 reCAPTCHA Verification

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and send it to Google for analysis. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

4. Cookies

Our website does not use cookies for advertising, tracking, or personalization purposes. The only cookies set on this website are:

• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*): Used to distinguish unique visitors and track session information. These cookies expire after 2 years and 24 hours respectively.
• Google reCAPTCHA cookies: Used temporarily during contact form submission to verify human interaction.

No first-party cookies are set by our website beyond those required by the third-party services listed above.

6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Data may be shared with the following service providers solely for the purposes described in this policy:

• Google LLC (USA): Google Analytics 4 and reCAPTCHA v3. Data transfers to the US are governed by Google's data processing terms and applicable safeguards.
• EmailJS: Contact form email delivery. Message data is transmitted to deliver your inquiry and is not stored permanently by EmailJS.
• Firebase Hosting (Google): Website hosting. Standard server logs may be collected by Google as part of the hosting service.

7. International Data Transfers

As we use services from Google and EmailJS, some data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries outside the EU/EEA and Turkey. These transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, and in compliance with KVKK requirements for cross-border data transfers.

8. Data Retention

• Contact form data: Retained in our email systems for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, typically no longer than 2 years.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics data retention is set to 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
• reCAPTCHA data: Processed in real-time and not retained by us.

9. Your Rights

Under GDPR and KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: Request information about whether we process your personal data and, if so, obtain a copy.
• Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing.
